Cinnamon Rolls on the COBB
✨ Fluffy Cinnamon Rolls with Cream Cheese Frosting ✨
Makes 18 cinnamon rolls

Ingredients
Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour (plus a little extra if needed)
- 2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3 tbsp butter, softened (optional)
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 egg
Filling:
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp grated cinnamon
Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 30 gr. cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- ½ tbsp. vanilla extract
Extra if needed:
- ¼ cup butter (for greasing the pan and dough)
Instructions:
1. Light a CobbleStone and let it burn for 5 minutes.
2. Grease the COBB bread pan with 2 Tbsp. butter.
3. In a large bowl, mix the flour, 2 tbsp. white sugar, baking powder and salt.
4. Add the 3 tbsp. softened butter and work it with your hands until incorporated into the mixture.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk with the egg and add to the flour mixture. Mix with a spatula until a soft dough forms.
6. Lightly flour a surface and roll out the dough to a thickness of about 5 cm.
7. Spread the surface of the dough with 1 tbsp. butter.
8. In a small bowl, mix ½ cup white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Spread some of the mixture on the base of the COBB bread pan.
9. Sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon and sugar mixture over the buttered dough.
10. Roll the dough, cut it into 18 pieces and place them in the bread pan.
11. Place the bread pan in the COBB, cover with the Dome and bake for 20–25 minutes.
12. For the frosting, beat together the powdered sugar, cream cheese, ¼ cup softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
13. Spread the frosting on the warm cinnamon rolls and serve immediately.
