We are a group of four captains on speedboats. We've all bought the Cobb Grill. It's amazing! We grill everything, it's easy to use and easy to clean. We all highly recommend it!!!
Very easy to use with excellent results. I grilled vegetables, fish and meat. Everything was cooked very evenly and turned out to be very tasty. It gives the food the taste of charcoal (I also had dry oregano as a starter for extra taste) and at the same time it is very easy to use. On the plus side is the fact that it fits in the dishwasher. In general, a very good selection!
I am extremely satisfied with the use of the Cobb Premier Air which I have been using continuously since April 2023 when I acquired it. I cook almost every week and the surprise I gave my wife this year was the company that Cobb made us on vacation after we easily and quickly cooked - usually fish - on some beach after sunset!
I bought a Cobb grill as I am single and wanted something easily portable to take camping with my kids. The first night I cooked delicious chicken on the grill (very juicy) with vegetables and potatoes on the bottom. Delicious! Most importantly, it is also dishwasher safe.

I ordered a used Cobb and it didn't have an instruction book, but I was able to go online and look up instructions. I can use this in summer and winter. Simple to use. Only a few coals are needed - although cobblestones are more convenient. Stainless body so it will last me a long time. Small enough to be portable. I'll keep it.
I love BBQ! Carrying a utensil that you can both grill and smoke in our RV was both messy and inconvenient and took up a lot of space. The Cobb Grill is the perfect answer for RV owners who don't have a lot of space but want fun and flavour.

The Cobb can be used with 4 different fuel sources.
1. COBB COBBLESTONE: This fuel is made specifically for Cobb. Made from a renewable resource - coconut husks, its quick-ignition technology means it is easy to light, burns hotter than charcoal briquettes and lasts around 2 hours (ideal for all cooking both on the plate and general grilling).
2. ULTRA QUICK: This fuel has the same composition as Cobblestone and burns for about 1 1/2 hours (ideal for cooking on the plate).
3. GOOD QUALITY CHARCOAL BRIQUETTES: Use between 6 & 15 briquettes. For more heat use up to 15 briquettes. For grilling use only 4-8 briquettes and always keep the domed lid open to retain heat. Burns for about 3 hours (doesn't burn as hot as Cobblestone but works well especially for the longer cook times).
4. ROTATION WOOD: It is a perfectly acceptable fuel source, a full fire basket will burn for up to 2 hours.
DO NOT overfill the fire basket and DO NOT put fuel in the pit. This will cause a fire and damage your Cobb.t
Any good quality briquette will work fine in the COBB, better quality briquettes burn cleaner, hotter and longer. We recommend CobbleStones as the safest type of charcoal as it ignites quickly and lasts for a long time. It also allows you to clean it easily after using it in the dishwasher.
COBB is designed for outdoor use only. The COBB uses charcoal as a fuel source and as a result produces Carbon Monoxide, which is poisonous and can lead to serious adverse health effects and even death. However, the COBB Cooker is safe enough to use only AFTER the fuel source has stopped smoking – in a sheltered area, such as a balcony or under a patio roof, OR in a well-ventilated area with enough air circulation and open windows. However, the gas powered COBB Gas can be used anywhere, even indoors.
Because of the way the COBB Cooker is designed, the COBB is virtually smokeless and flame-free. The cooker is curved and tapered outwards from the center of the grill. ALL fats and excess grease and residue will run off the sides of the grate into the flavour well rather than into the fuel, thus reducing the smoke level and flame hazard.
The Cobb Premier / PRO / Compact / Premier Gas is designed to cook for 1-4 people. The Cobb Supreme can cook for up to 10 people.
