It's not just a baking oven, a barbecue grill or a frying stove. The Cobb isn't just a grill, though it can make burgers, steaks, hot dogs, chicken breasts and more. It can also roast a whole chicken and the roasting rack allows air to flow around the food while browning it beautifully. It can bake bread and pizza. It can even steam cook vegetables. In a nutshell... it can do everything your stove and oven can, plus smoke the food.
It's a portable cooking system that liberates you from the kitchen and gives you the freedom to cook anything almost anywhere in the outdoors: from your garden, to the beach, to your boat, at a campsite or out somewhere in the vast wilderness.
The unique design of the Cobb allows just the right amount of oxygen into the fire chamber from small holes under the coals. This heated air is then pushed up onto the cooking surface. However, since there are no holes in the center of the cooking surface, it spreads laterally creating an evenly heated cooking surface. The Cobb Grill reaches up to 450 degrees C inside the interior, while its base remains completely cool to to the touch on the outside. All parts can be washed in a regular dishwasher. Ideal for the beach, camping, caravan trips, boating, and the balcony!
